Most training happens in a rented room, then falls apart on your own street. I come to your home and work where the behavior actually shows up, at the doorway, on the sidewalk, in the kitchen at dinnertime. One dog, one plan, adjusted as your dog changes.

Your dog isn't the problem to be fixed
You've probably already tried a few things. A group class that moved too fast. A trainer who told you to be firmer. A video that worked for someone else's dog. Meanwhile the walks got shorter and the list of places you avoid got longer.
None of that means your dog is beyond help. It usually means the plan was aimed at the behavior instead of what's underneath it. A dog who lunges at the end of the leash isn't being defiant. They're doing the only thing that has ever made the scary thing go away.
So, we start with why, then build something your dog can actually succeed at, in increments small enough that they never have to fall apart to learn. Most people notice the difference in the first two weeks, usually in how quickly their dog recovers.
What we work on together
Every dog arrives with a different history, so no two plans match. These are the areas

Together we'll work on:
Reactivity on leash
Barking, lunging, and spinning at dogs, people, cars, or bikes. Working distance,
better timing, and a plan for the moment you get surprised.
Resource guarding
Food, chews, stolen socks, the couch. Trading and management that lowers the stakes instead of daring your dog to give it up.
Dogs and kids under one roof
Family Paws work, including new baby preparation, toddler ground rules, and giving your dog somewhere to go when the house gets loud.
Cooperative care
Nail trims, brushing, ear cleaning, and exam handling your dog participates in rather than tolerates.
Settling at home
Dogs who can't switch off, who patrol the windows, or who lose it every time someone arrives at the door.
Handling the unexpected
What to do when the off-leash dog appears, the neighbor waves you over, or the plan goes sideways. Decisions you can make in two seconds.

Nothing here is a mystery. You'll know what we're doing and why, every time.
Your consultation
Before any package begins, I spend 90 minutes in your home taking full history and
watching your dog. You get a written plan within 48 hours. This is booked separately and is required first.
Step 1
Lessons in the places that matter
Sixty minutes at a time, in your home or wherever the behavior happens. I coach you while we work, because you're the one who'll be holding the leash on Tuesday. Written notes after every lesson tell you exactly what to practice.
Step 2
Revisions as your dog changes
Dogs don't improve in a straight line. We adjust the plan when something shifts, add
difficulty when your dog is ready for it, and back off when they're not. By the end you
have a maintenance routine you can run without me.
